All of our freshly pressed Ontario and California wine juice products are processed through our on site Crushpad, utlizing the latest European technology. Fresh pressed juices begin at the crusher. Grapes are crushed and de-stemmed in our Toscana Delta crusher, from which the grape must is then transfered into the Bucher Vaslin XPro pneumatic membrane winery press. The gentle, soft pressing technique of the Bucher XPro allows us to produce high quality reds and whites, which maintain full flavor and color. Our Bucher press allows us to produce a very clean and pure juice with only 2-3% sediment, and without the acidic taste created by crushed seeds and stems a conventional screw or auger press will leave in juice.
The finished juice is then balanced for ph and acid, then packaged and stored in our refrigeration facilities pending delivery to our home winemaking and commercial customers.
