Vinemount Estates Ontario wine grapes are grown onsite and are available on a seasonal basis (September/October). These grapes are available to both our home winemaking and commercial winery customers. For the homewinemaking enthusiast, grapes may be purchased in either 50lb. bushels, or as processed juice in 23 litre food grade plastic pails.
California wine grapes are available on a seasonal basis (September/October). Grapes may be purchased in either 42 lb. cases, or as juice in 23 litre food grade plastic pails.
South American wine juices are available on a year round basis, and are sourced from the finest vineyards of Chile and Argentina.
Italian wine grape juices are available on a seasonal basis (September/October), and are sourced from the Veneto wine making region of north-eastern Italy, near the port city of Venice.
All of our fresh juices are packaged and shipped fully stabilized and balanced (acid/ph adjusted/yeast nutrient), and are ready to ferment upon delivery. Now home hobbyists can make wine with the same juice that wineries use. Each pail comes with detailed instructions, and is balanced for consistent results.
To better serve our commercial winery customers, juices can be custom blended and balanced to exact specifications prior to shipping. All fresh juices are shipped regridgerated/frozen in either 58 gallon drums or 250 gallon totes. Both drums and totes are FDA approved food grade plastic containers.
In response to requests from our ferment wine on premise establishments, we have developed a private label packaging program, in which we can create a design and produce a pail with your stores logo attached. Please contact us for further details and information.
